1 How do I know that its safe to work with you?
All our clinicians go through a rigorous recruitment process validating certificates, qualifications and confirmation of identity check, including professional registrations and CPD. Our operational governance team ensures that Clinical Team remains fully compliant with all professional registration standards. Additionally, 70% of our Clinicians have extensive NHS experience and our residential clinic, Leon House, is regulated by the CQC.
2 How do you do your assessments?
Online with a therapist, it's reviewed by our expert panel and they put some options to you to think about and decide
3 What if I don’t feel the therapy I am offered is working for me?
No problem. Our therapists are skilled in lots of different ways of working and will find a therapy that's right for you
4 Who will be supporting me?
A team of experienced and caring professional psychologists and counsellors who also practice within the NHS
5 How do I know AnonyMind is a good service?
We are a Care Quality Commission Registered Care Centre
6 How long are the treatment sessions?
Treatment sessions last 50 minutes, the number of sessions required will be determined by your Therapist, following your initial assessment.
